“Excellent service. 2nd time using Anuj Chulani at Private Finance for our mortgage. With our interest about to jump from 1.18% to over 7% in just 30 days time we needed a speedy service to ensure we got our mortgage approved and moved to a new lender in time. An almos impossible task given we were changing Lenders, but Anuj and team helped us to achieve this in record time - just 20 days - thanks to clear and responsive communication with all parties throughout, often returning our emails with a phone call to speed things up and ensure clear understanding. Prior to this Anuj had frequently updated us with any improvements in rates or terms of different lenders whilst we deliberated our options. Within 3 days of agreeing on our best option, Anuj had gathered all necessary info and documents and submitted our application. There were the inevitable additional queries and demands from the Lender, which Anuj and team helped us to deal with very efficiently so just 2 weeks after submitting our application we already had our mortgage offer in hand, and just 5 days after that the Lender's (free) Legal provider confirmed they had everything in place and waiting to execute the instructions on our chosen Completion day...with 10 days to spare!”

“Being a first time buyer both Daniel and Maniksha were extremely helpful, I genuinely was impressed with the time and effort in them helping us secure our dream home, having a limited market to work with, Private Finance were able to provide a very competitive product at a difficult and unpredictable time in the property market, I couldn't speak highly enough about the service and the support both Daniel and Maniksha had provided and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to secure a mortgage through a broker”

“I have used Private Finance on a few occasions for my personal & Buy To Let mortgages and have always found their service , advice and knowledge exceptional. They are a very impressive outfit – with mortgage brokers who will source you the best products from the market. They will always present you with a number of viable options & alternative quotes for the mortgage product you are after. My mortgage broker is always happy to help with queries and will provide good sound advice with a quick turnaround . “Cannot fault Dan and Maniksha. They helped take so much tstress and worry out of buying our first home. Dan managed to secure us an excellent rate and was always available for a call. “Mike and Tom were brilliant with our complex mortgage due to self employment and being the director of a relatively new limited company. “Nathan from private finance did an excellent job helping us secure our mortgage. I recently moved to the UK from the US, making it harder to get approved for a mortgage. Nathan was able to help my wife and I navigate through this constraint and find a lender that was comfortable lending to us. Even though we lost out on multiple homes due to probate and assessment issues, Nathan was a consistent partner throughout it all and worked with us to secure the best rate possible. My remortgage on my property wasn't the easiest for Jenna , she never gave up and was always in contact for updates and reassurance .
