“Having had two aborted B2L transactions over the last 12 months, I entered the third with a degree of scepticism! However, Ryan Garbett and Chloe Leavesley once again provided an excellent service. Ryan's negotiation with the lender in order to ensure that I was able to 'port a live offer' from one property to the next simplified matters considerably. Sadly it did not expedite matters as we thought but delays to what should have been a simple transaction were caused by the vendor's legal team! Ryan has got to know me pretty well over the last couple of years and as we head towards first re-negotiation of a fixed rate deal, I am hoping he will again come up trumps and get me the best deal possible. Thank you to him and Chloe. I now go in search of the next one.......”

“In this day and age getting a mortgage is hard enough add to this working a full time job!! Seriously having obtained my last two previous mortgages independently obtaining my latest mortgage using Ryan and Chloe from Private Finance Ltd has been the best money I have ever spent. “I have dealt with Private Finance for nearly a decade now. When I have needed to know what is realistic/achievable mortgage-wise, they provide clear, sensible advice - I don't have time to do all the leg-work, I just want a solution: and they provide it. Then the route to execution is efficient, clear, simple. Can't ask for more. Very impressive.”

“We approached Private Finance to arrange a complicated mortgage involved putting an additional person on the mortgage involving a house that was an asset in a trust. Shaun Church instantly understood the technical effects the trust would have on the mortgage application and worked hard for many months to liaise between the Trust solicitors and the mortgage provider. He soothed any wobbles the mortgage provider had in relation to the Trust and explained to us what was happening at all times. I now have another mortgage to apply for involving a house in probate with sitting tenant and I will immediately hand this work to Private Finance as I am confident they have the experience and intelligence to help me understand the process involved.”

“The Team at Private Finance are not only excel in customer service and experience/industry knowledge, they made my purchasing experience incredibly smooth considering the bumps along the way which was caused between solicitors, Estate Agents etc.. “After being messed around, delayed and ignored by other 'busy' mortgage advisors I was recommended to private finance. They were superb, proactive and efficient. They worked extremely hard and quickly to achieve a sound mortgage offer at a brilliant rate when others had simply failed. “We received an excellent service from both Edward Checkley and Salman Sarwar from the first telephone call to when the final mortgage offer was received.
