“My family and I were returning to the UK having lived in Australia for 10 years. We had previously engaged a financial advisor who got us nowhere after 3 months. We turned to James McCudden-Hughes CeMap following a recommendation by our Estate Agent. By this time, we were facing the prospect of losing our purchase and having nowhere to live when we returned. James was simply fantastic! No nonsense - knew exactly what he was doing and what information we needed to provide. He was upfront with his expectations as to how long the process would take and was also confident he could help us out having completed an International transfer recently. Needless to say we got a decision within 3 weeks and secured out home which was a huge relief. His communication was excellent throughout the process despite the time difference. We can't thank James enough and would have no hesitation in recommending him!!”

“We were put in touch with Daniel after being told by a previous broker it would be impossible after Covid to get a mortgage as we are self employed. Not only did Daniel find us a great deal but he did it extremely quickly. He went above and beyond to help us, answering any and all questions and is genuinely a nice person. “I could not have been more impressed with the serivce I received from my team at Prviate Finance - Nathan Cole (Mortgage Consultant) and Maniksha Shah CeMap (Broker Support). They could not have done more for me - nothing was a trouble for them, especially considering that I asked them so many questions, which they always had time to answer with an informed, polite and speedy response. They kept me updated along every step of the way. Their communication and efficiency was seconds to none and I could not have asked for a better experience. Before going to Private Finance, I was having significant difficulties in securing a mortgage from any lendor. A colleague of mine recommended that I speak to Nathan at Private Finance. From our first conversation, he was incredibly reassuring and took away all stress from the process. This resulted in Nathan and Maniksha getting a great mortgage for me and the whole process felt so straighforward with them. I would not hesitate to go back to them again in the future, and I have already recommended them to my family and friends, knowing that I can trust the service that they will receive. “I have been thoroughly impressed from the outset with their professionalism, straightforwardness and level of customer service. It just helped the whole process run smoothly. I'm often one who chooses to do my own research, find my own deals to save a bob or two, but I know from this experience — it wouldn't have been worth it. “Anuj supported us on a reasonably complex transaction (2x mortgages, 3 parties involved). He provided pragmatic and nuanced advice, and was about as responsive as humanly possible. He approached matters in a highly commercial way, which was valuable to our transaction. The fee was very fair compared to the work delivered and I would certainly recommend Anuj to others.”
