“I am very pleased with Private Finance and in particular Donovan Mawson who was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process from helping me find the right mortgage deal right up to receiving the funds. My situation was not easy as I live abroad with a low income and was looking for a remortgage on my rental property in the UK. Donovan was excellent at communicating with me and liaising with the lenders throughout the whole process. Thank you Donovan for being so helpful and explaining everything clearly every step of the way! I don't think I could have got a mortgage without your help. I had tried different companies also, but they were not able to help me because of my situation, so I am very grateful I came across Private Finance.”

“We dealt with Chris Sykes for our mortgage and he was so helpful with all our questions especially being first time buyers. The whole process was seamless and stress free from start to finish. We also used the life insurance service with Mark Frampton which was also stress free and easy to do. Thank you to everyone at Private Finance.”

“I was looking for en Expat Mortgage while leaving abroad and with no income. With the spectrum of Covid-19 hitting the economy I felt no change to get one and then I met Anuj. In no time he found a lender. Throughout the whole process, Anuj was always available to explain things in detail. There were a few hurdles in the application with the lender and the solicitors but Anuj always dealt with the issues quickly and efficiently and gave me valuable advice. I greatly appreciate his approach and friendly nature and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you very much and well done!”

“From start to finish, everything was taken care of by my broker, he kept me informed along the way, and when an inevitable bump in the road came along, he was on top of the situation and the bump was swiftly removed. I could not recommend them highly enough, they made the whole process so easy for me, and saved me money too!”

“I was introduced to Chris Sykes back in February 2020 but at the time I was not ready to re-mortgage. For the past 8 months he has kept in regular contact with me, and this month off his own back introduced a great solution to my situation. Chris has a fantastic understanding of the mortgage industry. I haven’t even bothered getting a second opinion even though I have my own financial advisor, who is actually just as good. Chris has basically saved me £100 a month at a time when there is so much job uncertainty. I highly recommend Chris and Private Finance.”
