“First class advice and service from Luke Blair & Jenna Patel with regards to my recent re-mortgage. The previous re-mortgage was also via Private Finance. Luke's extensive knowledge and experience of the market/ lender offerings was key to securing this particular deal. It was all dealt with remotely (due to the Covid pandemic) - thanks to the slick/ impressive online processes - and speedy back up support/ service. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending. “Private Finance Ltd helped me sort my mortgage application during this pandemic when I thought It will be near impossible to get a mortgage. Julian and the staff at Private Finance were amazing from starting to finish making the process seem so effortless. The thing that impressed me the most was how well they communicated throughout and made sure I was kept upto date every step of the way. Towards the end of the process were the lender were delaying the application, they took full ownership contacted the lender and liased with the solicitors to make it as stress free for me as possible. I'll highly recommend them as their service was top class all round.”

“I really can't speak highly enough of Donovan Mawson at Private Finance. Due to problems with my previous vendor and then the Coronavirus pandemic, Donovan has been efficiently solving the saga of my mortgage issues for over 1 year now and has been absolutely fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble and he is always very professional with excellent communication skills. From the initial stages of obtaining a very competitive quote, to providing detailed advice on the mortgage timeline/process, putting me in touch with experts providing bespoke stamp duty advice and then liaising with lenders, solicitors and daily/weekly (depending on events) with myself, I really could not fault him. When I had cause to email Donovan, he would typically get back to me with meaningful answers within the same hour of my initial email - I was genuinely blown away by the consistency of this. In the latter stages of the process, he was assisted by Halcyon Griffith who also displayed excellent communication skills, professionalism and efficiency. Both Donovan and Halcyon are worth their weight in gold and I feel like I won the mortgage broker lottery when I came across these guys. I would 100% recommend that anyone considering a mortgage should contact Private Finance and ask for Donovan or Halcyon. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else should I need to arrange a mortgage again in the future. Sincerely Mark I”

“Not sure if keeping my beloved house after a separation was an option, Sean soon gave me confidence that it was a possibility. Literally hours later he had brokered a good deal with my current lender. If ever I had a query he responded promptly and he stepped in to help when I needed support getting information from an unhelpful legal team towards completion. I will not hesitate to use Private Finance in the future when our circumstances change. Thank you very much.”

“Highly recommend Private Finance. My wife and I had a nightmare getting a mortgage because of the Pandemic. Emailed a number of brokers and online assistance platforms and all of them were useless except Private Finance. Donovan Mawson has been brilliant from start to finish.
