“Donny was extremely helpful throughout the process of applying for both a remortgage with a holiday let mortgage as well as a new residential mortgage. Due to the complexity of the dual mortgages, we were unable to obtain a simple Agreement in Principle, so Donny's confirmation to Estate Agents that our offer was within our means was essential. Donny then guided us through the entire application process and all of the way to completion, including helping us to supplement our employer-provided insurance with some additional income protection to ensure we have peace of mind with our new mortgages.”

“As a first time buyer the mortgage process was something that I was concerned would be confusing and time consuming, however thanks to Donny this was not the case.
