“Great customer service is exemplified by Anuj, Halcyon and Mark who managed our recent multiple applications for relatively complex mortgages and associated life insurance. Their ability to pre-empt areas of personal concern and the regular communication to simply keep us 'in the loop' made an otherwise extremely stressful experience an absolute pleasure. “We used Private Finance to source a large Mortgage when we bought our Family Home 2 years ago, and have just used them again to re-mortgage, saying money and reducing the term of our mortgage. Anuj and Halcyon offered a great service, finding the best rate and lender, and even after we had an offer in place, went back to the lender to renegotiate our offer, as they had seen the lender reduce their advertised interest rate. We would highly recommend the team and look forward to using them again in the future when our fixed rate period expires.”
