“Ref: 3450LJG Private Finance sourced our mortgage in our recent house move. “Simon Kelly arranged our mortgage for us and was excellent from start to finish. Our situation was not straightforward but he found the right lender and mortgage for us, so we were able to get the property we wanted. What we found specially helpful and reassuring was that Simon would always reply really quickly and with clarity to any queries we had. We also knew he was keeping a careful check on where things were at and how things were progressing. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Simon and Private Finance.”

“I use Martin Brady for mortgages and I have to say he is an excellent proactive professional! He makes my life very easy! I just need to focus on finding the right property investment and Martin finds the best deal in the market! And he proactively communicates with relevant bank and clients! “I received great advice which helped me to make the appropriate decision on the type of mortgage to apply for and also insurance cover Overall the services rendered were excellent not only in meeting the deadlines but also the promptness at which I was contacted during the process of my mortgage application and quick response to any queries I had. “April, our advisor, assisted us throughout the mortgage application process and I can't praise her highly enough. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and she guided us through the application process incredibly efficiently and smoothly. She was always available whenever we had a query, even at 8pm on a Friday and thanks to her efforts we were able to achieve a substantially higher mortgage and on better terms than both our existing bank and existing mortgage lender had offered us. The house buying process is always stressful but April definitely took a large portion of the stress out of it for us and we would highly recommend her and Private Finance.”
