“We needed to raise some short term capital on comparatively short notice and after discussing the options with Private Finance, we decided on a short term interest only buy to let mortgage. Anuj compared the market for us, including offers that were not openly available and gave us a few recommendations, one of which we ultimately went with. The whole process was simple and well explained. Anuj was easy to reach, very responsive and communications were flawless. I would highly recommend Private Finance and would definitely use them again in the future.”
