“Very pleased with Luke Blair, when we thought we had exhausted all our options in terms of getting a mortgage, Luke stuck on in there and did what we thought was impossible. “I chanced across Private Finance via a google search and ended up having a super first time buyer experience with Chris Sykes. He is massively professional, efficient and just very straightforward. It made my mortgage process stress free and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. “I had Donovan Mawson at Private Finance as my mortgage broker on a recent flat purchase and am so glad I did! I had found a flat I really loved but came across issues finding a mortgage at a workable deposit level due to a few factors. 3 brokers from elsewhere (who came recommended) told me they were out of options, so if I hadn’t come across Donovan the purchase would most likely have fallen through. Not only did he find me a suitable deal no one else had managed to source, but was also incredibly responsive, professional and knowledgable, and great at communicating with the other parties involved (solicitors and estate agents) and helping the process along in a short timeframe (we went from viewing to completion in just over 7 weeks). I would massively recommend!”

“Chris Sykes of Private Finance helped secure the mortgage for our first home after a grueling 14 month search of properties! During that time of countless viewings, many rejected offers and us pulling out of 2 purchases due to issues with surveys Chris worked tirelessly to get us access to the best mortgages and processed our applications in record time. We were first introduced to Chris in early 2019 and he met me and my wife for a coffee to introduce himself and talk through our situation. The thought of meeting for a coffee today is peculiar (!) and Chris probably misses being able to kick off relationships with his clients that way but I'm sure his service is as personal and attentive as always. This is a long overdue review given our offer was accepted in July and completed in December but Chris you were hands down the best intermediary we have worked with across any sector, not just the mortgage sector! If you're not using Private Finance for your mortgage application then you're not using the best.”

“James was magnificent in managing to sort out our mortgage. From start to finish he was professional, communicative and helpful. His knowledge and understanding of our particular needs was unsurpassed. James took time to find out what our requirements were and find us the mortgage that best suited our needs. We had 2 previous brokers that let us down and were referred to James at Private Finance and we were under time pressure to get the mortgage offer sorted which James managed to get arranged in 10 days from initial contact to offer. Amazing. Well done. I would not hesitate to recommend him.”

“Private Finance supported me in obtaining two limited company BTL mortgages between October and December 2020. As a former trading company converting to an SPV my options were somewhat limited but Nathan found me a willing lender and product to suit. Having provided all the requested documentation for my first BTL mortgage application I was surprised and disappointed when it was refused. Working together within a very short timescale PF and I managed to over-turn the lender's decision but the resultant delays in the start, stop, start again process meant I completed on the property purchase a month later than originally agreed with the seller. It was a hugely frustrating time. I'm glad to say though that the second BTL mortgage (with the same lender) went without a hitch. Nathan and Maniksha were attentive and provided prompt and friendly support throughout the process. I'd like to thank them for their help and would certainly recommend Private Finance to others.”

“Private Finance are simply incredible. I came to Alex Weldon needing 3 BTL mortgages and a very tricky residential mortgage where I had been rejected by many of the huge brokers out there because my situation wasn't standard being self-employed. Not only did he find the best deals for me on all 4 mortgages, but the process was smooth, straight-forward, very professional, and all completed in a very short space of time. I'm now sat writing this review in my dream house, which I never thought I'd be in and that's down to Private Finance. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“Private Finance, namely Nathan and Maniksha were extremely efficient, professional, and helpful. Finding a mortgage when you are self employed is difficult but they did it very quickly found me exactly what I needed. I thoroughly recommend them.
