“Donovan and Ross at Private Finance have been great. We need help finding a mortgage because I am self-employed, and we would not get offered one by the usual high street banks. “James M and Sam W could not have been more helpful and responsive. We had several attempts at buying properties (chains were a problem) and they were able to create very competitive financing solutions that made sense for us each time. They are super knowledgeable about how the process works and were able to advise us clearly along the way. Would 100% recommend them.”

“In late 2017 when we were looking for a mortgage, our estate agent suggested Private Finance. That property was a stretch, but we were pleased to get the mortgage we needed. Five years later, we were sure our bank would easily offer us a good rate when our original mortgage came to an end. 6 months before that time, Ryan at Private Finance reached out to say we could arrange a new mortgage before the period ended and as rates were rising, he recommended taking action quickly. The rate he found was better than our bank, his fee was very reasonable and only months later did we realise how lucky we were. We feel very fortunate to have gotten brilliant advice.”

“Private Finance were able to secure me a high-value mortgage on a brilliant five-year fixed rate. I was also speaking to another broker and PF were able to achieve things with the same banks that the other broker simply could not. As a self-employed person and one that had the original purchase fall through and needed an expedited new mortgage offer to be reviewed against a new property - all of this was never going to be easy, so I am genuinely delighted with the added value of the PF service. I got everything I needed in a tight timeframe.”

“One of the best companies I have dealt with. Highly professional, experts in their field. Talk you through every step of the process, provide options, very easy to work with. Their communication approach is personalised and focused on the client. When you are faced with challenges or hurdles they talk you through and provide solutions.
