“Exceptional service - Alex and the team went above and beyond to secure the best mortgage deal (with higher borrowing than I was offered elsewhere), work at pace and answer any questions we had. Their support also didn't end with mortgage offer being issued, working effectively with our solicitor and lender all the way to completion. Very professional service for a good price - highly recommended!”

“Recently we received help from Private Finance Ltd for our mortgage application. We needed to have our completion by end of June. The time frame was a bit tight. “I thought Mike - with able support from Harry - did a great job with the mortgage. Mike provided good advice, and they both were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would have rated PF 5/5 but their referral to a buildings insurance colleague didn't go well. It took several days to get a quote, so exchange had to be delayed, and - when a quote did come - it had onerous conditions attached to it. Once completion had taken place, I found alternative insurance without difficulty.”

“Jenna sorted our mortgage for us; we’re first time buyers and she made the process feel very smooth and easy for us. “We were recommended this company by a colleague who has worked with Ryan Garbett on a number of occasions. From the outset, Ryan was excellent. He understood the unusual circumstances of our situation and used his experience to scope and secure two complex financial deals. This process was fraught with difficulties in dealing with third parties but Ryan dealt with it all with patience and good humour. He responded well to our questions and enquiries and passed us to his colleagues , Izzy Marpole and Chelsi Rann who supported us well also. Overall very grateful for his assistance, especially in navigating what is a notoriously difficult area in terms of self-build mortgages. Am confident in his advice and wouldn't hesitate to use Private Finance again.”

“Jenna helped us with our recent mortgage application. Jenna made the process very easy for what seemed daunting for first time buyers! Our case wasn’t as straight forward as we hoped as Jordan had been on Furlough throughout the coronavirus pandemic. However, Jenna managed to find us a lender that accepted one full payslip on furlough return, allowing us to buy a property much earlier than expected. In fact, we found a property two days after Jordan’s first full payslip! When we made the offer, Jenna responded quickly and got our AIP ready. Our offer was accepted and Jenna guided us the rest of the way through the process and before we knew it, our application was accepted. Jenna showed great knowledge and professionalism throughout and was always on hand to answer any questions. We can’t thank Jenna enough!”
