“I really I had a good experience with Michael, one of which has made me tell friends and family about him and private finance. Giving detailed information and options allowed myself to make an easier decision. We tend to hear buying your first house is very difficult in terms of finding a lender and getting the right support it was very easy. I have recommend two people to use private finance now when seeking for mortgages to find the best on the market but also get the best information available. Regards, Richard Mensah”

“After some initial issues due to my case being switched between advisers, it was taken on by Michael, who once he was up to speed with my situation, did a great job of securing a very non-standard mortgage in a very tough market. “Our contact was Tim Nye. We though Tim did a fantastic job!! He provided excellent advice in a calm and thought-through way and we very quickly arrived at a plan that worked for us. Between us, we drove the plan forward and achieved closure on 2 concurrent property deals within 41 days (from the date we first viewed the property to the date we moved in). Most people we spoke to said that this could not be done, which I guess drove us on even more. It was a real pleasure to work with Tim and we would do so again at the drop of a hat!!! “My financial circumstances are very straight forward. I don't believe a massive shortfall between what I was told I could expect to receive and what I actually got is acceptable. I also do not find it acceptable to advise me that the mortgage has a massive shortfall and for the broker to become uncontactable. Why should I have to phone your office to chase him down?”

“Jason Hall was recommended by a colleague of mine, who has secured a couple of mortgages through him. Jason was exceptional from beginning to end.
