“I contacted Private Finance to obtain a remortgage, purely by chance. I had previously spoken to several brokers and had been offered a mortgage in principle with a non high street lender with a high interest rate. I was initially introduced to Donny, who was confident at the outset that he would be able to obtain a much better rate for me. I was very pleased that within a few days Donny advised me that he had found a potential lender. Donny also managed the underwriting enquiries well, as we had to deal with several queries, due to my self employed status. The valuation was subsequently instructed and I received my mortgage offer a few days after the valuation. Nick was also very helpful at following things up in Donny's absence. I would definitely recommend Private Finance, they are professional, efficient and good at what they do. My case was not straight forward and several brokers had failed to find me the right mortgage.”

Donovan took the time to explain complex mortgage concepts in a way that was easy to understand (as first-time buyers), ensuring we felt informed every step of the way. “Contacted Private Finance Ltd early in the process of looking to get a bridging loan to be able to buy a new house before having sold the existing one. Interacted with Nathan Cole who quickly understood our situation, and took us through the process and explained all the fees associated with such an arrangement. He quickly organised to gather all the required documentation and very quickly got a non-binding offer in place with the money lender. What was even more impressive was Nathan's focus thereafter on doing whatever he could to help get that arrangement finalised in the timeframe that the relevant parties were looking for. In the end things went down to the wire, but if it weren't for Nathan's involvement working with the solicitors to help the process move forward I am not sure the desired completion date for the move would have happened. We are endebted to his help and focus on this especially in the last couple of weeks of the process.”

“I wish, I wish! I had been recommended to Nathan Cole and his team eighteen months ago. It would have saved me so much stress and money. Nathan provided the optimum solution for my finance requirements in a timely manner and at a very competitive fee. “After using a broker that wasted 2 months of my time, I turned to Jake Sumner who was brilliant. Kept me informed and took just 3 weeks to apply, aprrove and draw my funds down. I had already instructed solicitors to start checks as my chain was growing inpatient wihout me having a mortgage offer inplace. Time was running out. The current broker was giving me advice that just didnt add up????? Private Finance saved the day. Some days Jake became more than just a broker, he was my Psychiatrist :)”
