“Working with Chris has been a true pleasure. Chris was able to lock in our mortgage as soon as we approached Private Finance, so being first time buyers, timing certainly was key for our situation. “We were introduced to Private Finance by our estate agent, and (during Covid) managed to conduct all our business by phone and e-mail. Ryan and his team were most professional and courteous - a real pleasure to deal with. They have a very convenient and secure Portal for uploading and downloading documents, such as Passport images for ID, which worked well. We were "kept in the loop" throughout the process, and an excellent Mortgage Offer was arranged, which exactly matched our requirements in terms of flexibility and timescale. PF continued to liaise with our conveyancer as matters went on. I'd have no hesitation at all in recommending Private Finance as a professional and competent Mortgage adviser.”

“I live in Suffolk and have a small property portfolio, mostly in London. Why use Ryan Garbett and team when they’re in Shrewsbury? Simply, they’re the best, especially when all isn’t straight forward. “I have been dealing with Tim Nye for over 4 years now. His expertise and market knowledge have simply been invaluable to me. If you don't fit into a typical high street lender's box then Tim is your man.
