“I found Private Finance to be knowledgeable, reassuring and professional at every stage of my remortgage process. An initial call with Mike Perrin outlined my options and Tom Caller was responsive and supportive throughout the process. As with all customer service, the best test is how they deal with challenges, and Tom was on it immediately when I realised I had made some errors form-filling. He sorted out issues quickly and kept me in the loop throughout the process.”

“We dealt with Nathan primarily but also Abi. We found contacting them for advice and progress reports was always easy and any issues were resolved promptly. If for any reason they weren't available then they always responded quickly with an email or call back. At all times they were polite and helpful.”
