“Brilliant! Ordered delivered very quickly and unbelievably my printer accepted the ink with no problems at all. Having wasted money on other ‘compatible’ inks which my printer wouldn’t accept, I had to resort to original inks which were very expensive. This is a great find!!”

“I am very disappointed in the service of PID, I never received my order, I have emailed the company but no response as to where the order went. PID have no contact phone number which is quite frustrating. Asked for a refund but still no response. The lack of communication is terrible.”
