“Great service, prompt delivery, but after sales is poor, phone number doesn't connect & they don't reply to emails or queries sent on their website, at a loss at the minute how to deal with my query, I would use again for cheap ink but would prefer a better way for them to respond to me.”

“Because they were so cheap I wondered what was going to be wrong with them or if they would ever arrive. Well, they arrived super quick and I can't find any difference between them and branded ones. Will order some more to keep for when these run out.”
