“I read previous reviews but still decided to place an order and risk it. Everything seemed fine as invoiced and emailed delivery in 1 to 3 days but not guaranteed ! Then nothing, no updates and no communication. Chatbox saying the same thing so I thought I'd been scammed. Anyway, I left it about 10 days and emailed again as previous times I got no reply though I stated if I hadn't heard anything within 48 hours I'd be seeking a refund. Low and behold at 48 hours received notification my order was on its way. Received order minus one item but still nothing as to why? Then a day or 2 later an email stating a refund for missing item but still no reason why ? Refund received ok but I still have no answer to the missing part of my order, out of stock I don't know. Gloss photo paper seems ok and haven't tried my ink cartridges yet. A simple reply would be beneficial and just saying part of my order was out of stock or something again a help. Just stating part of my order was not in and would I wait again would be a help. Will I try again, unless communication was to improve I don't think so.”

“Well I have had good experiences in the past. However, this time I ordered some replacement ink, paid with PayPal, got the recipt inside 2 minutes. Eight days later no ink. Tried to contact them, typical modern site, no phone contat, chat line not responed to inside 20 minutes, ended up having to emai them. Next day received email saing my order had been dispatched, this was not too bad. However, not receiving an apology or explanation of what hole my order fell into is bad.”

“You delivered cartridges to me and so far they are working, so thank you for that. But I was disturbed to find that though your website (and this email) showed a picture of a genuine Canon 541XL - one of the inks I ordered - what arrived was a cartridge, marked 541XL, but in a different, more anonymous box - clearly not a genuine Canon, whatever else it is: a refill perhaps? In my humble opinion, to offer and presumably charge for one product and then to supply another is not straightforward business dealing: there is another name for it, which I'm sure you know. I'm not even sure that what you are doing is legal, under either English or Scottish law. However I'll leave you to reflect on that, and just repeat my thanks for the cartridges I have received: so far, so good. John Heawood”
