“Unfortunately I paid for next day delivery and then got an email to say my delivery was rescheduled to 1 week later...then on that day I got an email to say my delivery had been rescheduled again to 1 day later.”

“We placed the order in January 2023 but did not receive the product until mid-February. considering this was meant to be a next-day service this is unacceptable. I tried emailing and using the web chat but neither was responded to. No telephone number so could not speak to anybody.”

“I have sent you three emails to say that the ink cartridges for my Epsom XP-322 printer are not the right ones. The black cartridge is too big so doesn't fit and the coloured ones are incompatible so my printer won't accept them. I have asked your company how I can return them to you but up to now have received no reply and then you have gone and asked me to give you a review... Priceless!!!”
