“Hi, I received this order 8.05.23 and installed this E-378XL black cartridge on my Epson XP-8600 printer. Regret, it was not recognised by the printer. I tried to reinstall it with the same result, printer does not work with this cartridge even you sale this cartridge as competitive for this Epson printer. It looks like it is not. “When I inserted these cartridges into my Epson WF-7830 printer they were immediately rejected as 'non-genuine' by the printer. Despite trying the various suggestions on Google I have been unable to use my printer since then.”
