“The wrong ink has been sent and even after multiple attempts to contact Printer Ink Direct informing them of this, they have not returned any emails. Be wary of using them as they send you the wrong product and do not rectify.”

“HI I BOUGHT INK FOR MY PRINTER. THE ORDER NUMBER IS 1079032. WHEN I PUT THIS IN IN MY PRINTER THE MESSAGE CAME THAT ONE OF MORE OF THE CARTRIDGES ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY. AND I COULD NOT USE MY PRINTER. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY BUT THERE WAS NO OTHER CONTACT NUMBER I SENT AN EMAIL BUT I DID NOT GET ANY REPLY AFTER THE LAST OF 8DAYS . I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEIR RESPONSE BUT GET WILL NOT GET THROUGH A WASTAGE OF MONEY AND TIME.”

“I ordered with ease and found it easy to navigate the web page on my phone and online later. I got a fantastic deal of photograph paper. It was A4 size which can be hard to find at such a discounted price. The order came quickly and when they said it would. I was kept up-to-date whilst my order was processed, in transit and finally delivered. Great job to all @printerinkdirect”

“When installed it shows as being empty, only just functioning after some maintenance. It has now improved slightly. Guess what? It still shows empty. Overall unimpressed by the product.”
