“Ordered a multipack and only received 3 out of 4 ink cartridges. I have emailed regarding this issue twice with no correspondence or acknowledgement from Printer Ink Direct. There is no telephone number to confirm or arrange a delivery for the missing magenta ink cartridge. The only advantage was the fast delivery time.”
