“Do not buy from here says it will arrive in 1-3 working days. It has been 3 weeks and it still has not arrived. They don’t reply to customer service and it’s a joke. Do not buy from here”

“My printer died and I struggled to get the old toner out. Was convinced the printer was buggered but thought a new toner was worth a shot. Prices varied so much, this was one of the cheapest, What can I say, super fast delivery, toner installed and working perfectly, utterly brilliant.”

“I wrote to you a week ago to say that the ink which you sent is not compatible with my Canon Printer MG3600, which I have returned to the address on the packaging. I posted it on 24th August requesting either the correct ink or a refund. Have not had any response, but to be fair there was a postage strike. I look forward to hearing from you. Margaret McKay”

“Please don't use Royal Mail for delivery. They didn't deliver to a neighbour, took back to sorting office. I went there (around 5 miles each way), shut due to strike. Went back today, shut at 12 midday. Still not got it. Need to go again tomorrow. All because they could be bothered to drop with a neighbour. Amazon always drop at my back door. Please use a different delivery company!”
