“Would have been 5 stars but I ordered a black cartridge, they sent colour. Contacted, said keep the colour we will send a black… Black was sent but to the wrong address… #AttentionToDetail Fitted both cartridges, printer doesn’t recognise the black one…”

“The advertisement was very misleading. I ordered 3 x packages of ink cartridges unfortunately they were not compatible with my Epson printer. It fails to work. Instead The red lights went on. Since A week ago There was no response to my email complaints.”
