“I received my new ink cartridges and installed them. Just going to use for the first time and both the yellow and magenta are saying they need replacing. Checked them and neither have any ink in them compared to the black and blue. Sooo disappointed ☹️ to say the least. What a rip off!!!!! The cartridges looked nothing g like the picture either!”

“Shocking. Sent a request for return of the ink that was sent. Searched for the compatible ink I needed - indicated the compatible ink- ordered- incorrect- I had followed up 3 times checking spam and junk just in case. Still nothing. Had to re order or a reputable company. Came next day - exactly what I ordered.”
