“The cartridges I ordered had one faulty Magenta cartridge so I submitted a request form for the customer service team to offer some advice. The customer service team did not even reply to my request! In the end, I went to another company and purchased a Magenta cartridge which worked perfectly. So, if you buy from Printer Ink Direct, you will get a cheap product with no support!”

“I have always purchased "compatible" inks on-line as considerably cheaper than Epson's own make. However my old supplier seems to have vanished off the face of the Earth, so I took a punt on 'Printer Ink Direct'. I have found them to be excellent and they perform every bit as good as the real thing. Having bought a single set I will now be purchasing a multipack (less the 10% off deal they have offered me once I have submitted this review!!). Geoff the Ref”

“Waited a considerable time for compatible cartridges to come to market for my Epson printer. My previous ink supplier has still yet to offer them, despite being promised for many months, so gave Printer Ink Direct, and very pleased with the easy ordering, prompt delivery and competitive price, would certainly order from the company again...”

“This ink cartridges say they are compatible with an Epson XP342, however they are Not good quality whatsoever, the ink has run all over the page when printing and the prints are stripy with the colour not integrating at all. I had to go to Asda and source actual proper cartridges. Very bad experience indeed”
