“Shocking. Sent a request for return of the ink that was sent. Searched for the compatible ink I needed - indicated the compatible ink- ordered- incorrect- I had followed up 3 times checking spam and junk just in case. Still nothing. Had to re order or a reputable company. Came next day - exactly what I ordered.”

“I chose is as delivery suppose to be 1-3 working days, it was, but it took them 2 weeks to ship it. No customer service to reply any messages. Horrible experience”
