“I ordered ink from printer ink direct, which stated it usually arrived in 3 working days. This did not happen and after a week I messaged them asking for an update, no response. I then contacted them again to cancel tue order and process tue refund, no response. With no telephone number or customer service at all they were frustrating. Eventually I asked the credit card company to attempt to to get the refund. Then 2 days after the I’ll has arrived. I won’t be using again.”

“Now had two or three lots of ink from Printer Ink Direct, despite dire warnings on my printer that the world will explode and anything printed with these ink cartridges will probably imminently self destruct...nothing has happened! The ink flows perfectly, compatibility is fine and printing is well up to standard, the world is still revolving and I have yet to see anything I print turn to ashes. As an alternative to ridiculously overpriced 'genuine' ink cartridges I cannot fault them.”
