“Useless ordered 21 days ago, supposedly 1-2 days delivery still waiting, no phone number to ring…. Have emailed twice both ignored. Wish I’d checked out their reputation on Trustpilot as would never have touched them looks to me like a scam company. Will give them to end of week before asking AMEX for a claimback. Be warned steer clear… UPDATE: They did finally get back to me (after the above review was left on Google reviews) as they said they would. They did get the order in the post and promised a full refund as a gesture of good will. I refunded the the majority of the order to a member of the family off the back of this promise, MY MISTAKE the refund never arrived they have ignored 3 more emails over the last week. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED AND USELESS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“The order took a while to arrive and then I did not receive a VAT receipt which I have constantly asked for. I have sent numerous e-mails and not received a reply. Customer Service is not very good after you have placed your order.”

“Communication very poor at first. Order arrived quickly after a poor review left on Google. Company apologized and were excellent. Due to Covid some staff were off. Would purchase again from them.”
