“The product is decent enough, but the after sales service is non existent. Having bought the wrong gsm paper to go through my printer, I emailed them a number of times to see if I could exchange them, but the only email I got back was asking me to give them a review, which was all they seemed interested in. It's a shame, because had their customer service been as decent as the product, I would be highly recommending them”

“Great price and seem to work well- only time will tell, but they are working which is more than a cheap set I bought elsewhere which my printer said were too old to work!, Cover printer!!!!! Prompt delivery.”

“Printer ink delivered four cyan ink cartridges instead of two cyan and two magenta. I emailed customer services to correct the order and have had no reply. I posted a message on the website chat tool and had no reply. Having switched from another ink supplier on the basis of price I am very disppointed.”
