“I would not recommend your products to anyone, they are faulty and do not print ink. I have contacted you 3 times for a refund you have not replied. I bought these on the 9th Dec 2022. I have given you plenty of time to reply. Hence the negative review.”

“I ordered two colours of ink and accidentally chose them for two different printers. I got a friendly phone call to check my order as they suspected I’d made a mistake which was rectified before deliver. A small order but a real attention to customer service.
