“We had our order from you last week the first printer cartridge didn’t work. The second one was fine. We have sent you four emails and you haven’t responded to any of them. You don’t have any contact info ie phone numbers Not very good”

“Ordering and delivery were no problem. However, I determined that my printer is unrepairable and wanted to return the ink cartridges. The returns procedure is terrible. You have to email them to get a returns address label. I have done this 3 times and also filled in their 'contact us' form on the website but they have not replied. My first email was 9 days ago and still no reply Customer service is nonexistent”
