“The compatible ink cartridges arrived in good time, unfortunately my Epsom printer wouldn't accept them even though tried many things. I contacted Printer ink direct three times by email to ask how to obtain a refund, no reply at all. BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WITH CAUTION AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. I have now given up trying to get any response from them and have referred the matter to my credit card company instead. Useless f**cking crooks!”

“Great service and communication, and very quick delivery. Took a risk and ordered a compatible toner for my printer, after having bad experiences with compatibles in the past I wasn’t too hopeful. However I needn’t have worried, fits and performs perfectly and I’ve saved money! Will definitely be re purchasing from here when needed.”

“I have previously used Printer Ink Direct for ordering ink for my Epsom XP4100 printer and they worked fine. Such a big saving buying their own brand as opposed to Epson inks! I have bought two sets of ink cartridges this time as I know they work well. Also the inks have been delivered very promptly.......quicker than expected.”
