“Lack of communication is the achilles heel for this company. I ordered on 10th Dec, but goods had not arrived in advertised 1-3 working day timescale although this did have a proviso of "not guaranteed". Chaser email went unanswered and I began to get a bit jittery, especially after I found a host of poor online comments. A message via their Facebook page did result in contact and the cartridges I ordered eventually arrived after a 10-day wait. My email request for a VAT invoice for the cartridges has so far also fallen on deaf ears. I can't criticise the product as the cartridges are as good as other compatible "non-manufacturer" ones I have used from other companies in the past.”

“I always use compatible links but this is the first time I have used Printer Ink Direct. Despite it being Christmas week and being subject to postal strikes the company were very quick and prompt in despatching the delivery to me. They kept me informed with tracking. The price was very competitive. I will continue to use this company.”
