“The order arrived as described, and the cartridges worked properly. However, there was a delay of 5-6 days between placing the order and it being dispatched, with no communication in the interim - I was starting to worry it had got lost”

“The inks came on time, but on opening them I found one of thr coloures was a diffarent make and shape to the rest of them. I do not think this odd one will fit the printer, it is unopened, so I would like to return this one back to you. could you please send me a return lable. I hope you read this review. Thank you.
