“I ordered inks from Printer ink Direct with a 2 to 3 day delivery and 2 weeks later after i emailed to say i hadn't received them. I emailed 3 times in the space of a few days but had no reply. I desperately ordered more, hoping I could get their attention by sending back empty boxes. My new order came in 2 days and the 1st lot that i originally ordered came after 3 weeks of originally ordering them. I'm keeping them as I don't want this issue again. No telephone number to call and discuss issues and nobody got back to the several emails that I sent to explain I hadn't received my first lot of ink! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.”

“Delivery of my ink parcel took 6 week, I was not advised of delivery../my understanding was delivery would Be 2-3 days! .I sent a couple of emails but no response was received. Finally received my order!”

“The ink was ordered at the weekend and delivered promptly with the post on Tuesday - 2 days after the order had been placed. Printer Ink Direct kept me informed by email about my order from the very start. The package was carefully wrapped so that it could be delivered through a standard letterbox. Excellent service.”

“I was really disappointed that the inks I got didn’t work in my printer. When I was ordering I was asked to put in the make and model of my printer and suggestions for cartridges came up. However when I received them and they didn’t work I’ve searched again and you don’t actually stock them. Why didn’t the website say that in the first place so I didn’t spend £18 unnecessarily?”

“Very dissatisfied with Printer Ink Direct. I ordered 2 packs of ink and only received 1 pack. Also, they sent the wrong cartridges, and they would not fit my printer. I emailed them to report this. and had no response whatsoever. I emailed a second time, but still no response. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in the future. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, and they were brilliant. I raised a complaint with them and had an instant refund. Thank you, PayPal.”
