“The cartridges I was sent don't work in my printer. I emailed the sales team to see if they could send the correct ones and they haven't replied at all. The cheap cartridges are useless to me now.”

“Couldn't fault the delivery but really annoyed with customer service as ink cartridges would not print emails sent no reply so i would not be reccomending them to my friends or family purchased from another supplier ink cartridges worked perfectly”

“Unfortunately have to provide a poor review as my overall experiene ended up being poor. Ordering was fine, delivery was quick but one of the toners wasn't working, Magenta said it still needed replacing despite being brand new. Tried contacting Printer Ink Direct by email three times and by online chat 3 times but never received a response. No phone number seemed available so i was stuck unable to print which was pretty frustrating.”
