“Marcus was so helpful, has great communication skills and kept me on the loop all through. He provided detailed information whenever I seemed confused and was very swift in responding to all my concerns. Even after my package arrived and I forgot to pick it up, he was more than happy to provide me with the tracking details. May I add that I also got value for the Pen order and customization I made with the company. Definitely patronizing the business again soon.”
