“Ordered as a gift: 1) plates arrived with the wrong registration number, 2) the additional plate purchased was not enclosed, 3) Website & T/C's claim the Certificate of Entitlement delivered "within 3 - 7 working days"... didn't, 4) PRIMO L23 3AT inserted into the chosen border, which was not shown on the example online - looks awful & I would not have ordered with a border if shown online.”
