“Very quick and reliable service but somehow missed on the number plate printing side, ended up with 2 square number plates even though I ordered one square plate by mistake even though my car needed 2 rectangle plates.”

“I required 2 additional rear number plates as I have both a trailer and a towbar mounted bike rack. For this reason I had to call Primo as there is no facility on their website to order 2 additional rear plates. My enquiry and order was dealt with very efficiently by Vicky but the promised email to verify my ID etc. did not come through. I called the next day and spoke again with Vicky who resent the email which then arrived immediately. A few days later both the certificate and number plates arrived in separate packing. Sadly I received only 1 additional rear plate, necessitating a further call to Primo, again promptly and efficiently dealt with by Vicky. Currently awaiting the delivery of the missing plate. I would have given Primo 5 Stars but have to reduce it because of the two issues experienced.”

“It has been 16 working since primo received my details.I paid £19.99 for them to deal with the dvla.I was then informed the dvla are now dealing with the transfer.save yourself some money and go through dvla yourself.no communication from primo.still no word when I can put my plates on.customer service is non existant.”

If you'd have contacted us we would have been able to advise you of the situation at the DVLA due to them being on strike which has delayed a number of transfers, which is as frustrating for us and it is for our customers. I can confirm that you certainly wouldn't have been able to get it completed quicker than we can, as everyone is experiencing these delays. However, we will confirm to you, as it shows in the last email and text that was sent to you, as soon as the transfer has been completed. Thanks The Primo Team
