Hi Jeannette, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm very sorry that you feel our service to be so poor when we have to follow the law with regard to receiving your documents. You can view the lawful policy here: https://www.gov.uk/displaying-number-plates/getting-number-plates-made-up The law is set to stop people cloning your number plate - someone could just get a set of plates made up and then put them on a car and drive off without paying for petrol, get speeding tickets in your name, get parking tickets in your name etc. It is there to protect you and that is why we follow the lawful requirements set out. I'm once again sorry that you feel the service from us is poor due to this, but I really don't think that the review that you have left for us is justified. However, I hope you enjoy your plates in the meantime. Regards The Primo Team

Hi Judith, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and I'm very pleased that you were happy with the service that we provided you. However your point about phoning us not being an option is not correct - we are open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm, and on Saturdays 10am to 330pm. Our website shows our telephone number on every page and we currently take around 150 phone calls a day from customers who want to purchase or have queries with after sales. I have just checked our call logs and can see that you tried to phone us at 8.09am on the 1st March which is when we were closed, and the recorded message that you listened to for 33 seconds would have advised you of this.
