“Primo were my first choice when ordering a registration for my Audi. The communication and website were clear and concise, with the transfer service being handled incredibly quickly. “Opted for the full service, DVLA informed & V5c sorted hassle free, unfortunately the Wrong plates arrived! (surely this should’ve been checked before dispatch?) As it was a weekend replacement was sent out the next working day delaying our holiday!! Would I use them again? Yes, I would, but I wouldn’t Order before I go on holiday again!!”

The process was straightforward; after we ordered online, I upoaded my ID, and was then sent the plates.
