“I used PRIMO as had a bad experience with the bigger companies. I opted for the transfer package, the thing with this is you can pick any date you want (or so I thought). I was called immediately after picking same day transfer, the guy explained why that wasn't possible. He explained that was why the date auto selected and generated 14 days in the future. Even with my misunderstanding and the promise of a 14 day minimum transfer time, on the 5th working day I received an email saying 'transfer complete'!. 10 out of 10. Easy to do, no posting loads of documents. Will use again. Thanks Team 😃”
