Hi Steve, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry that you feel our service to be very poor due to posting the certificate to you. This is due to people having to send their certificates to the DVLA in the post to enable their transfers to be actioned when they can't be done online. If you were in a rush for the certificate I'm surprised you ordered it with economy delivery - surely you would have ordered it with a more premium delivery service if you needed it quicker?
