“Initially process simple and order came quickly however the plates orders were different from what came. Called and they apologised for error and said would send out again. Next delivery only one plate turned up and had to call them again. Asked to speak to a manager and did not get a response. Poor aftercare service but other plate eventually turned up. Wouldnt use again.”

“The wrong shaped plates arrived without a border around despite paying for it. Ordered over the phone as I was concerned it was not a standard size. Customer Service were quite condescending and not very communicative and attitude was almost rude. Had to buy plates elsewhere despite paying for them. Spoilt the surprise for my daughters 40th Birthday. Would not recommend!!”

I have taken the time to look at all the emails sent to you and I'm very disappointed that you feel that the service was poor. My colleagues bent over backwards to assist you, going out of their way to locate you the size of plate which was highly unusual, and always replying to you as soon as they had an answer for you.
