“Got the plate I had been looking for for years, amazing value, I could have had the plates on the car within 6 days of ordering if it hadn't taken so long to advise my insurance company due to Covid restrictions. Primo and DVLA were on the ball though I can't recommend highly enough and am now looking for a bespoke plate for my daughter! Happy Dayze :-)”

“The process was easy, we received the plates quickly, however after three weeks of no contact we had to ring to ask where our transfer pack was as we thought this was coming separately. Turns out it was tucked away at the bottom of the package with the plates! Good job we rang. No one followed up. We then sent off and again everything was then sorted quickly and easily.”

The only downside I had was when I had reason to call Primo about my order, the chap I spoke to who answered the phone was a bit offish & was not very helpful at all. “I can honestly say that Primo Registrations is fantastic. From start to finish the process is so smooth and stress free. I phoned up to ask a question and they were really helpful and responsive. I opted for Primo to change over my car details to the new plate and at every stage they were very informative with updates via text and e-mail and processed my whole log book change within a week.
