Our colleagues are here to help and support customers, but if bullied and threatened like you did do, they of course have the right to terminate the call. “All was good at first easy enough to order answered phones and dealt with a mistake i thought id made. emails sent out about dispatch 3 weeks later still havnt recieved the plates or certificate and when asked if they could email a copy of certificate so that i could print out as its a christmas present was told as they have already sent it their is no details held on file to email me. I underetand that royal mail are striking but have read reviews that its taken 6 days for people to get their orders from purchase and here i am nearly 3 weeks later with nothing”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm very sorry to hear that you think our service to be so poor. Unfortunately we, like a lot of other companies and private individuals throughout the UK, are suffering due to the Royal Mail strikes. We have today received post from the DVLA which was sent last month. It is frustrating for everyone in involved in waiting for a delivery / post to not receive it, but we can assure you that the post is despatched to you as soon as we communicate it to you. “Excellent service from Advisors, kept well updated with the progress of my purchase, excellent value for money, extremely fast delivery, lots of options to choose your perfect private reg with the options of little extras with no pressure to buy, excellent aftercare, they deal with everything so you don't have to. I would highly recommend buying from Primo Registrations they are a fantastic company. I was going to buy on the DVLA Website but I changed my mind as Primo was £286 cheaper. I bought a private Reg for an 18th Birthday present & Primo made sure I had in time even during Royal Mail Strikes. They really do go far & beyond for their Customers :) They also answer their phones very very quickly. Thanks Primo my Son was over the moon with his very sentimental reg I purchased for him.
