“I placed my order during the Christmas break with no real hurry, and with the full expectation that it could be several weeks before my order was processed, therefore I selected a date in the near future. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by a member of the staff team to ask if it would be ok if I my order was processed earlier. In a matter of days I received the completed registration information. The process is very easy indeed, with instructions and information. This is the first time I've ever done something like buy a personalised registration plate and the rear plate is an unusual shape. The site caters for all types of plates and guides you every step of the way. I'd fully recommend Primo and will be urging my friends and family to use your site in the future.”

“I ordered this number plate on the 24th December for my daughter’s 21st birthday on NY day. Never thought for a second it would arrive in time considering the bank holidays and the weekends but they arrived on the 29th December. Constantly updated me on the progress. So I don’t think you could improve on your customer service. Thank you for making my daughter so very happy as well as me and my Husband ☺️”
