“I ordered a number plate for my husband’s birthday as a surprise. The website was easy to use and communication excellent. The plates arrived within a few days of ordering. I had chosen for Primo to arrange DVLA paperwork on his birthday but unfortunately my husband discovered the surprise before the date and of course wanted to fit the plates straightaway! I asked if the date could be changed and Primo instantly agreed without a problem and the transfer was completed by 10am on the new date. I was very impressed at such a responsive and flexible service and my husband is delighted with his gift.”

The process was straightforward; after we ordered online, I upoaded my ID, and was then sent the plates.
