“I had contemplated getting a personalised registration for several years, but had always been put off by the horror stories I had heard, the amount of time I was told it would take and the cost. But... I have to say that I spent much less than anywhere I had quotes from, it took under a week from application to actually receiving my new V5 and it was really easy to do! Guidance was very good, communication was amazing and it was really easy to do. I'm impressed and kind of wish I had more cars to do the same again! I honestly do 100% absolutely recommend this company.”

However, having found a plate I liked from the PRIMO site, and being pleasantly surprised by the price, I decided to go for it. I am extremely impressed by the level of service that PRIMO provided. From buying the number, manufacturing the plates, and attending to the administrative details with DVLA, the whole process was painless, and in my view represented excellent value for money.
